For a quick update
- My very cool cousin who lives on the farm will be freelancing and writing some stuff which shall go up on this forum.
- And I can confirm that I survived a test kitchen for an intensive 10 day chef course without having severed my fingers. I have also learnt that I can punch down dough and cook - just don't ask me to decorate a wedding cake or anything that requires delicate work. Note: no photos will be posted of said attempt to decorate a cake with fondant.
- I know the most incredible pastry chef who literally creates (from scratch) the most could-not-stay-in-your-mouth-long-enough flavours. Enter the Amarula Chocolate Brownie (with 75% dark Belgium chocolate) and white chocolate and Chai tea fudge. More details on this soon! She goes by the company name, Black Salt.
